Hi friends – Our lives consist of many daily practices that may be health- and life-enhancing – or not.
We wake up with a positive attitude – or not. We make the bed and tidy up – or not. We brush and floss – or not. We eat healthy food – or not. We exercise – or not. Etc.
Notice that every “or not” is also a daily practice! If you don’t brush and floss daily, you have a daily practice of poor oral hygiene. If you don’t eat healthy food daily, you have a daily practice of eating junk food.
In effect, our daily practices are seeds we sow day by day, and over time, we reap the harvest of those practices. Are you happy with what you’ve reaped?
If not, change starts by changing or adding one easy daily practice. Replace the breakfast donut with a raw nut bar, put $2 in a piggy bank, take a walk, drink 12 oz. of water when you get up, go to bed 15 minutes earlier.
Every small change made will change what you sow, and what you reap.
So, I invite you to change or add one daily practice today. What will it be?Follow me on Facebook!
